In offering our personal injury services we accept instructions from our clients on a genuine no win, no fee, no hidden costs basis.  This means that:

• If we do not obtain compensation for you we will not charge you a fee of any nature.
• All of our fees and costs are clearly explained and outlined in our Client Agreements and Disclosure Statements.
• We do not charge any “mark ups” or interest on medical reports that we will pay on your behalf.
• We (like all firms in Queensland) are limited as to what we charge in the event of a successful outcome.
